J-OSAT consists of the following members.
- Regular Members: Semiconductor back-end process contracting companies with development or production sites in Japan
- Supporting Members: Semiconductor-related companies, commercial/business/economic organizations, industrial support organizations, educational/research institutions, government agencies, and others that agree with J-OSAT's objectives and are willing to cooperate
