The General Incorporated Association Japan OSAT Association aims to strengthen and develop the semiconductor back-end process (OSAT: Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) industry in Japan by improving technical capabilities and fostering human resources, as well as by strengthening the industry's foundation and enhancing the country's industrial competitiveness.
